Managing Directors; Pastor Dean and Jenene CHILDS

Pastor Dean and Jenene have been a part of the Farm for more than 18 years. Their love of God, commitment and leadership is a vital part of what makes Karobran work as a Rehabilitation Centre. Ps. Dean has a gifting in motivation and leadership.

Manager Karingal; Rita DULLINGER

Rita joined the Karobran Staff in 2006. She comes from Austria and is running the Ladies Program. With her fresh ideas and love of God and people, she brings a whole new dimension to the Program.

Staff; Ray SKEGG

Ray is one of the major success stories from the Farm. Having done the program himself 13 years ago, he is still drug and alcohol free. He has much to offer any student that comes to the program.

Staff; Tracey SKEGG

Tracey is the wife of Ray. She works full time at Karingal. Tracey also did the program around 13 years ago, and is still successfully living without life-controlling issues. She has an amazing love for the students and understands well what they are going through.

Trainee Staff; Ann BLAIR

Peter was a student at Karobran and has gone on to become a trainee. He loves to work with the students and has a passion to see them become successful in their walk with God and lives. He has a awesome ability to encourage and strengthen when it's needed.

Kellie was also a student that has gone on to be a trainee. She is training full time in the Office as the Student Liaison Officer. She has a passion to help the broken hearted understand the love of Jesus, and see them change their lives through that love.
